At Host’up, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the service you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
As we do have the 24 Hours Test, we don’t give a refund.
But in some cases, under circumstances that our financial team study in details, we can approve a refund. Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve.
Please note that we only approve refund if there is an issue from our side or our servers, we don’t assume the responsibility of misusing our product.
YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO ASK FOR A REFUND SINCE YOUR PURCHASE DATE. AFTER 7 DAYS, NO REFUND REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED.
If your refund request gets approved, follow the steps below for a partial refund within 3 days of your date of purchase. if the 3 days have been passed and you have a problem you can contact any time via WhatsApp SUPPORT number or via the Contact us page to fix your problem.
Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.
- Use the Whatsapp Support or contact form to request the refund.
- Provide your username and same email address you use to buy our services.
- Include your invoice number.
- Note that the refund will be only partial, we will deduct the price of number of days used (4.3 US$ per day)
- Credit Card charge fees cannot be refunded as they go straight to your bank.
- Payment will be done to the same method of payment used.
